Ongoing Efforts to Monitor, Evalualate Safety

In order to promote a healthy and safe environment for all faculty and students, Alamo Community Colleges District has established the following:  
  • Risk Management team composed of International Programs Staff, Public Relations, Legal, Risk Management, and Student Development to oversee student health, wellness, and mental health and student behaviors.  
  • Ongoing monitoring of guidelines and travel advisories set by the U.S. Department of State Organization and U.S. Center for Disease Control.
  • NAFSA Association for International Educators and The Forum on Education Abroad Memberships to keep up to date with the best practices in the study abroad risk and safety.
